::It's a nice place, however, even thought the staf has very nice people, it seems that there is not a leader that trains and supervises that the staf is doing their job. The only place two places in the Hotel in which you can seat down and his relax or read a book are either your bed in your room or the restaurant which is very loud, because of the speakers. I stayed there for four days and every morning we had to call to the lobby because we would not have water, ( not even to brush our teeth) we would have to wait around 2-3 hours and until then we will have water, by day three we find out that we did not have water because every morning they would remove the water the kid's pool and fill it again, in my opinion giving more priority to the pool than to the guests is very wrong coming from the hotel. Food wasn't good, I would say it was edible besides in the four days that I stayed there, the menu only changed one time and all the food except for the fruits, would taste ask if they froze it and unfroze it many times.

::The place may have been nice when it was built but it looks like they have not done any maintenance since they opened their doors.

::A most beautiful resort in the cool mountains of Honduras. Built of nature in nature. A must see.
