::Cool place with a bright and homely vibe. There is no restaurant as the website says however a big kitchen to cook with free water, tea and coffee. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if in transit we had a 6am bus and got no sleep. The tv surround sound was shaking the walls, the bar music goes til 11pm with the bell constantly ringing and the reception guy passed out on the couch at 2am with the tv blaring. More of a place to party than rest

::Sergio will do anything to make your stay at la hamaca a memorable one. He helped me out when my luggage got lost on my flight to Honduras and called the airline several times for me. The hostel is in a safe area, we never felt unsafe there in any way. In the hostel there is a little bar that is frequented by locals. Would definitely come back and would recommend everyone to stay there who is visiting San Pedro Sula. Thank you Sergio!

La Hamaca has a bar and in the evening which becomes a venue for locals and travellers to enjoy entertainment and a laid back friendly space to meet and share our diversity and commonness. Comfortable rooms,with many options to choose from at affordable rates. It is safe, comfortable, friendly and accommodating! 💓
