  Big store with good variety. Plenty of fresh vegetables and meat. Some things are overpriced.

  Local supermarket serving Copan Ruinas. Mostly locals shop here but it's an excellent place to buy groceries even if you're visiting. Decent dairy section (no Greek yogurt) and even have some low fat and lactose free options. Lots of canned goods but no peanut butter. They have a good variety of cereals, oatmeal and granola. Vegetables and meat section, etc. You should find everything you need should you be renting, staying at a BnB or just want to be economical during your stay in Copan.
