  My wife and I have visited twice now. Each time has been great. La Villa de Soledad is our second home. Great hospitality, great people, relaxing time and all the resources in the world to make sure you have the best time during your stay!

  Villa de Soledad is a tremendously beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place. John Dupis and his family are probably the best hosts I've had to date in my travels. Soledad's cooking is so delicious, that I might just come back to get another plate, like seriously she is an awesome cook. The room itself is very good, great bed, it has Wi-Fi, and they keep it super clean. Chilling in the hammocks to the sound of the birds, surrounded by beautiful nature feels amazing. The Cangrejal River is next to the property, there are few words that can describe how amazing this river is. Just go and enjoy it, it is quite the experience. John Dupis is a natural people person. He will help you arrange anything you need in your travel, he gives you honest opinions and knows the area in detail, which is great when you are new to Honduras. Me and my wife will come back and would recommend 100%

  Such an nice and warm place and people. John and his wife Soledad are really nice and friendly people! Also the dogs Nina and Coco are really funny and Nina is following you anywhere! The whole house and the rooms are clean and giving you a nice feeling in the middle of the Nature! I love this place

  Amazing stay! If you read this, just go there! You feel like home, but in paradise! The house is astonishing and would deserve to be visited even without booking a night there! Soledad is an amazing cook, you won't regret staying for dinner! And the view... well, not sure I need to write much about the view, pictures will speak by themselves. Seriously outstanding place, do not hesitate a second to go, you won't be disappointed
